Webinar # 9 The Effects of ITS - play button

We have been working on Intelligent Transportation Systems for quite some time now, and we understand that our overall objectives are to save time, save lives and save money.  However, we should be able to answer some simple questions that many other businesses ask themselves.  Questions like, how much do I need to spend on Intelligent Transportation Systems to achieve a given effect?

While we have made excellent progress in collecting a significant volume of data on both the cost and benefits of Intelligent Transportation Systems, it appears that we are still not as good as we should be at answering simple, direct questions like this one.

This edition of Positive Thinking explores the whole question of the effects of Intelligent Transportation Systems.  With the help of a selected panel of industry experts drawn from both the public and private sectors, we will discuss the current state-of-the-art with respect to the definition and communication of the effects of Intelligent Transportation Systems.  We will also take a look at progress that is being made towards the development of effects-driven, public sector Intelligent Transportation System investment programs.
